Exertia Consulting was founded in 2008, a boutique search firm involved in Junior, Middle and Senior level hiring in all domains. We believe that Clients success is our success. We work very closely with our clients to understand their requirements, their organizational structure, value systems, their pain points and their expectations from the candidates and then accordingly provide suitable profiles. We act as an effective link between the job provider and job seeker benefitting both in the process.
